We make all our cupcakes and cakes by hand and at busy times of the year we sometimes cannot meet the demand. We do all we can to make sure you are not disappointed, but we have to say that everything on our website is offered for sale subject to availability. If we can’t supply what you want, we promise to let you know as soon as we can.

We try to ensure that all quotes are accurate and discuss everything with you during the consultation time. We will try our best to tailor to your needs as much as possible.

All orders are especially made for you, cancellation will occur a standard fee of £20 for any order within 7 days. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of delivery full amount will be charged.
